Hola lovelies ๐Ÿ’•,

I’m back with my favourites from March. It was a good month until we got all locked down at home. I was struggling so much by that time. Now I feel a bit more calm. It feels more normal when of course life is not normal. It was nice to have some fun in March. It was nice to have seen some people which I didn’t see for a long time. I’m missing them now ๐Ÿ˜ข. In this blog post I will share about meeting my best friend and her girlfriend, seeing the baby of my friends brother and having a new laptop.

Things I did with my lovely family ๐Ÿ‘ช:

Visiting the baby of my friends brother ๐Ÿ‘ถ

We visited the baby of my friends brother. They are also our friends. We went to their wedding. My parents are also friends with their parents. The father of the child has a brother which is bff with my brother since they were little. They were in the same classes. It was so nice to see the baby Ryan๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’–. He is so cute and lovely. He is so calm too and sleep peacefully ๐Ÿ˜ด. We ate beschuit met muisjes together with tea which is typical to eat in The Netherlands. They were blue because it’s a boy otherwise it’s pink for a girl. I love this tradition. We also loved the 4 cats, my fav is the orange cat haha Garfield! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฑ They are so fluffy and cute!!!! It was nice to see the wedding pictures too. It’s been already 7 years since we were on their beautiful wedding.

Pancakes time ๐Ÿฅž

After visiting the baby we ate some delicious pancakes at home. I always love to eat them so much. My daddy makes the best pancakes in the world. They were delicious as always! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‹

Walks in the park ๐ŸŒž

It was very sunny in March and even more now in April. I love to walk in the park with my mother which is just around the corner of my house. It’s nice to be in nature always. I love to go on walks where we see the cows and the mills which is a typical Dutch landscape. I also saw some beautiful pink flowers.

Eating a delicous disco dip ice cream ๐Ÿฆ

I love disco dip ice cream so much ๐Ÿ˜. It’s so typical to eat this here. I ate it at the Hema when it was still open for ice cream. Right now, the restaurant is closed. You can still get ice cream in some other places though. I love this so much. It’s also so good for my teeth lol not. It’s so delicious. I love the crispy taste of it. Also it looks so beautiful.

New stationery from Euroland ๐Ÿ›๏ธ

When I went shopping I bought some nice stationery from the shop Euroland. I bought a sticker set which has some beautiful theme stickers from Spring time, cats and quotes. I also bought a set of 6 envelopes with liners. I love it all.

Watching the movie Aladdin and It could happen to you ๐ŸŽฌ

I watched Aladdin with my mother. I had never watched it haha how bad. I loved it so much. I love the music and just the whole movie. Such a great movie. I can’t wait to watch more Disney movies because I love them so much โœจ. With both of my parents I watched It could happen to you. It’s about a police officer who promises to share his lottery ticket with a waitress in lieu of a tip. This police officer is married. I loved this romantic movie so much. I didn’t find it that clichรฉ like other movies. There was a really great story line and I loved the actors.

Things I did with my lovely friends ๐Ÿ’•:

Seeing my best friend and her girlfriend ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’–

I saw my bestie and her girlfriend again on Friday the 13th which was definitely a lucky day. I went by bus and was a bit scared because soon after that we got into a lockdown in The Netherlands. I’m just happy I saw my best friend again after three months ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ญโœจ In these dark and hard times in the world I always feel at most peace by your side. I literally am crying now. I love you to the moon and back, to infinity and beyond ๐ŸŒœ๐ŸŒ›. It’s rare to find someone who understands you. I’m so blessed to have you in my life forevah. As long as I have you by my side everything will be all right. Thank you and your lovely girlfriend for cooking delicious Indonesian food!!! It was a bit spicy which I can’t eat because I get an upset stomach but it was okay haha. If it was really spicy I would have died lol. Take care you both, see ya soon! ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿค—

Beautiful pen pal letters ๐Ÿ’Œ

I love my pen pals so much. I always get such beautiful mail which make my day much better ๐Ÿ˜. There’s nothing more beautiful than receiving a handwritten letter and some nice goodies. I love arts and crafts. Being creative is the best. It inspires me and is so good for my mental health. I’m happy for the letter I got from Agata which came all the way from Poland. I loved it so much. I loved the writing paper. I loved the quotes on that paper which looks like it’s burned. I have never seen that before. Thank you for the rainbow bookmark. I will definitely use it soon. It’s so cute! โ˜๏ธ Thank you Chloe for your mail like always. You are so creative!!!! A real artist. I love the gemini โ™Š card. You knew that I would love it too so much. I love the universe โœจ. Your letter was beautiful. I like the stickers, the drawings and the bookmark. Another one for my collection haha! I also really liked the moon with my name. I’m going to have it in my room. Love you to the moon and back. I’m so thankful for our friendship. I know we will meet soon.

I’m also thankful for the amazing mail I got from Rosie. I’m so happy to be friends with you. I loved everything you sent to me always especially the quotes, the little friendship card and your letter of course. I decorated my room with some of the quotes you have sent me. We are all in this together always. I’m sending you all my love. Thank you lovely Sophia for your beautiful letter. I love the rainbow sticky notes, the stickers and just everything. What I love the most is your cards with quotes on it which you always make. They are so inspiring and beautiful. Keep being you because you are awesome.

Other amazing things of March ๐Ÿ’–:

Buying beautiful stationery online ๐Ÿ›’

I bought some beautiful stationery online. I love to buy on Etsy because I support small businesses that way and they have the cutest stuff ever. I bought a floral A5 lined notepad and A6 notepad from Abby Cook Illustration. It looks so beautiful with the flowers ๐Ÿ’. I will use it for writing letters for my pen pals. I also bought cute washi tape with panda design from Petite Pink Boutique. Lastly, I bought an awesome space mystery box from Callaby Crafts. It includes samples of washi tape, three washi tape with universe design, dream notes, stickers of the moon ๐ŸŒœand a pen. I loved it all so much! ๐Ÿ˜ I love the universe so much.

New laptop ๐Ÿ’ป

My daddy finally bought a new laptop because the other one was broken. It’s a Chromebook from the brand Acer. It works so well. You have to install first the apps and then you can use it. The screen is beautiful. It’s better than Windows or Mac because you don’t get any virus. I’m so happy with it. The next time we go to Spain we will bring it with us.

Officially Spring time ๐Ÿ’๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒป

Spring begin the 20th of March ๐ŸŒž. I’m always happy with the beginning of Spring because I love Spring and Summer is closer which is my favourite season ever. However, I hope that we are able to go to the beach this Summer and go to the swimming pool. I need that ๐Ÿ˜ข. Spring is such a lovely season. I love Summer but I hate heatwaves haha. They make me sick really. I love 20 degrees and just enjoy the days in the garden now. I love to see the baby animals and see the flowers blossoming. Nature in Spring is so beautiful. We let the dark Winter ahead and embrace these days with hope and light. We need it so much this time.

International Women’s Day 2020 โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’œ

I always find this such an important day. International Women’s Day is every day not only on March the 8th. However, I find this day an important day to raise awareness. I’m a feminist by heart forever and will always stand up for the same rights between men and women. Right now, I’m reading a book about sexual harrasment and controlling behaviour which breaks my heart because I know that many women have to suffer through this in life. This really has to stop. One day I went to a feminist strike in Spain which was awesome ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘ญ. You can read it in this blog post. This year I made a poem for this day which you can find here.

A to Z of things to do while being in self isolation ๐Ÿก๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ™

Hey lovelies ๐Ÿ’•,

I have not been doing well at times because of anxiety. I get overwhelmed by all what’s happening in the world. Last night I woke up in the middle of the night sweating and felt also cold. I was so anxious to get sick ๐Ÿ˜ข. I had cramps. It will get over though. I also have my period soon so everything is harder. At least the sun shines brightly this weekend ๐ŸŒž and we can enjoy it in the garden and in the park. I know many bloggers and other people are writing these kinds of posts which I love to read. They all inspire me so much. I thought about writing my own post about it but different than others. One day I wrote a post which was called A to Z of my favourite things in life. I loved to make it as it was much fun. I hope you will like it too and that it inspires you during this though time ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’–.

A – Make art ๐ŸŽจ

It’s the perfect time to get creative, draw, paint and write ๐Ÿ“.

BBaking ๐Ÿฒ and bath time ๐Ÿ›€

I can’t bake well but I would love to learn to do it more. I used to bake some cookies ๐Ÿช with my daddy when I was little and I loved it. I love to take a bath so much. It’s so relaxing and calming. I just bought some amazing Lush bubble bars and bath bombs which I can’t wait to use.

C – Make a collage ๐Ÿ’–

I used to love making collages in journals and for school too. It’s a great time to do this now. Get creative and put your favourite things of your life in it. You could even later use it for your room as decoration.

DDrawing ๐Ÿ–๏ธ and dancing ๐Ÿ’ƒ

I can’t draw very well but I know so many of you can. Take the time to draw something nice. I love to have some good old dance parties in my room too while listening to my fav artist Taylor Swift ๐Ÿ˜. It’s so good for us to move.

EEating ๐Ÿด

Hahah I mean I can’t live without eating some good food ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‹. Now is the perfect time to eat some healthy food and also enjoy some nice chocolate and whatever you would like. I would love to make some delicious fruit smoothies too. I always make them during Summer months.

FFacetime with your friends and family ๐Ÿ‘ช and feel your feelings ๐Ÿ™

It’s important to stay in contact with our loved ones even though we can’t see them. I don’t use Facetime because I have no iPhone but of course Skype, Zoom, Whatsapp videocall or whatever works for you exists too. At least you can see that person and talk to them. It’s a great way to release emotions to. It’s so important to feel our feelings whether that’s happiness, anger, sadness or whatever comes up. Your feelings are valid. Right now we are all suffering and surviving on our way. Find a way to feel your feelings, release them and then let them go.

G Gaming ๐ŸŽฎ

I don’t play at all games but I love Sims. I wish to play it again. I also loved to play Rollercoaster Tycoon, Sonic and Super Mario Bros. I wish to have that at home right now. It’s a great time to do some nice games.

H Horse riding ๐Ÿด and house cleaning ๐Ÿงฝ

This one sounds maybe strange because many people can’t leave the house. In The Netherlands it’s still alowed to go horse riding, walking or being outside in nature if there are not much people around. It’s really nice for the ones who are able to do it. I have never been such a fan of horses but some of them are really beautiful. One day I also rode one little horse haha omggg I was scared. They are so huge! You could also use this time to clean your house. I already cleaned a bit of my room but I have to do it way more and also organize some stuff.

IImagine yourself at a beautiful place ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒŠ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒด

I always love to daydream and to imagine myself on a beautiful island enjoying the beach, the sunshine and being under a palmtree. I’m forever a hippie and Summer girl ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿฆ„๐Ÿค™. Whenever I imagine myself on a beautiful place I feel calmer and I sometimes use it to be able to sleep better. It makes you happier, more hopeful and just lighter. We need imagination to feel better especially during these though times where the whole world feels scary and uncertain.

J Journalling ๐Ÿ“

Journalling is so nice. I do it sometimes but I wish to do it more. I also would love to begin one day with a bullet journal. I’m just not so consistent like with my blog. Some bullet journals which I have seen online are so beautiful. I love to be that creative one day.

K – To be kind ๐Ÿ˜Š and kissing ๐Ÿ’‹

Being kind is so important especially nowadays. Be kind to yourself and to others. You can write someone a letter, be there for them and help them with anything they need. Also, if you are self-isolated with the people you love it can be possible to kiss that person or otherwise blow some kisses in the air haha.

L Learn something new ๐Ÿ’ญ and listen to some good music ๐ŸŽถ

It’s a great time to learn something new. Maybe learn a new language, learn to play an instrument or try to learn a dance. There are many ways to learn something new with the internet. I would love to learn to play guitar and piano one day. Unfortunately I don’t have them at home. I love to listen to some music. It makes me happier and calmer too. Music is life.

MMovie time ๐ŸŽฌ and meditate ๐Ÿ™

There are SO many amazing, beautiful and inspiring movies to watch. You can use Netflix, Kodi, Disney+โœจor any other channel you use to watch movies. I’m so happy with the Google Chromecast which we got from my brother. I’m watching loads of movies with my mother and also Spanish series. I also love to do meditation. I do it every day now with the meditation sessions of Yoga girl.

N – Paint your nails ๐Ÿ’…

I always love to pain my nails even though I’m not a professional at all haha. I love to paint them in the colours I feel. During the Summer months I often use more bright colours such as blue, violet and purple than during the Winter months. During Christmas I love to use glitter nail polish.

OOffer some help to someone who needs it ๐Ÿ™

Be of service and offer some help to those who need it. Maybe you can help some elderly with doing groceries. Maybe you can call someone who is having a hard time right now. Listen to people and be there for them like you want the same for yourself too. We are all in this together. It’s time to all help each other.

PPainting ๐ŸŽจ, listening to some podcasts ๐Ÿ‘‚ and penpalling ๐Ÿ’Œ

I loved to paint when I was younger. I would love to pick that up someday as well. It’s good to let ourselves have fun and letting our inner child out while painting. I also love to listen to podcasts. The one I listen to is the one of Yoga Girl, my biggest inspiration in life ๐Ÿ˜. You can find her podcasts on Spotify. There are so many good podcasts out there. I also love to penpal as you guys know. Penpalling is writing handwritten letters to friends all over the world while sending them nice crafts, stickers, things you make, sticky notes, washi tape or anything nice.

QQuilting ๐Ÿงถ

I have seen people doing quilting on my social media. It wouldn’t be something for me because I think I wouldn’t be patient enough but it would be a nice hobby to do during this time.

RReading ๐Ÿ“š

Of course reading has to be on this list! I love to read. I’m currently reading a poetry book mental health related. I can’t wait to read more unread books I have at home. I also have more in Spain but unfortunately I’m not there right now. You will see a review soon of some amazing books I’ve read.

SSleeping ๐Ÿ˜ด and watching series ๐Ÿ“บ

Sleeping for me is even more important than eating. If I don’t sleep well I feel more anxious and just generally bad. It’s time to rest now and sleep more. We need it. Also, you can never fail with watching some nice series. My favourite Spanish series are Amar es para siempre, Luimelia and Cuรฉntame cรณmo pasรณ and of course Pretty Little Liars and Gossip Girl. Now is the time to watch your favourite serie!

TTidying up the Marie Kondo way ๐Ÿ—ƒ๏ธ and drinking a delicious tea ๐Ÿต

Marie Kondo is the famous Japanese cleaning consultant. She knows how to organize stuff at home. It’s beautiful to watch. I have to watch her series and read her book. I also have to take action on it as I’m so lazy to organizing things. I’m so attached to stuff and find it hard to do clothes away. It would be nice to declutter and only have things in my closet which sparks me joy. Also, drinking tea is always a nice way to calm yourself down and just enjoy the moment. My favourite tea is Yogi Tea.

U – Play ukulele ๐ŸŽธ

I wish to be able to play guitar or ukulele. It would be nice to sing along while playing. Make some time for it if you have one at home.

V – Plant some vegetables ๐ŸŒฑ

This weekend it’s going to be a sunny weekend with almost 20 degrees here ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ˜Ž. I really want to start to plant some flowers in my garden. Planting some vegetables would be nice too. Many people are gardening now as it’s the time to do it. It’s nice to be back to the basics like planting a seed and watching it grow.

W Walking ๐Ÿšถ and writing ๐Ÿ–‹๏ธ

I’m happy we are still alowed to go for a walk in nature where there are not many people around. I love to walk in the park with my mother. There is so much space to walk around. There are also beautiful fields of sheeps and cows. Fresh air is so good for our health especially our mental health. We need vitamine D too ๐ŸŒž. I also love of course to write. Writing is the best thing ever. I’m writing a lot for my blog and I also am thinking of joining an essay competition. You have to write about climate change and could win a trip to Barcelona in September. It would be SO amazing! ๐Ÿ˜ I already won in 2015 an essay competition and spoke at the United Nations. These contests make me so happy and inspired. I have to give myself more credits of being a great writer.

X – Watching Xoxo Gossip Girl ๐Ÿ“บ๐Ÿ’‹

Watching Gossip Girl is always an amazing plan! I have watched all seasons but I never get bored of watching them again. One of the best series ever. I love the parties, Serena and Blair, their dresses and just everything. I can’t believe that in 2015 I’ve been to New York City ๐Ÿ—ฝ. It was a dream came true when I won that essay contest. It has always been on my bucketlist.

Y – Do yoga ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ

I’m doing yoga every damn day now and it’s been so beautiful to practice 30 days for this challenge called #30daysofspace by Yoga Girl. The classes are for free. You can find them here. You only have to make a free account. I wish to have money to upgrade my account afterwards. I also practice yoga for free with Adriene on Youtube. Yoga is just so good for our health. My mental health is better when I practice and it’s also good for my back pain.

ZZzzz ๐Ÿ’ค

Take a nap whenever you need it. In Spain this is called siesta time haha ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ˜‚. We need that rest. You don’t have to feel guilty for needing to rest. The world has paused. I never like those people who are rushing through life and who always say they are busy. That’s not enjoying life. Rest is our birth right. That’s mother earth her biggest lesson for us.

10 tips on how to face your fears & overcoming my dentist fear

I’m back from my trip to Somo, Santander last Tuesday. I just went three days. I will soon share a blog post about this trip and a photo diary. Today I want to share something I really need to write about which is about how to face your fears. It’s just going to be some personal tips. Maybe they will not all be helpful for everyone. Feel free to add a tip in the comment section. I’m also sharing how I’m going to overcome my dentist fear. Facing a fear is a topic which I struggle a lot with because of suffering from anxiety. I know everyone gets nervous or can be scared of something. People suffering from a mental illness can experience it so bad that they feel physical and emotional symptoms. I always feel extremely anxious when I do something I’m afraid of.

When I get high anxiety, I can feel very emotional, cry a lot, feel like I’m dying, feeling nauseous, dizzy, hiperventilation and feel a racing heart beat and so many more symptoms. It’s really the worst. I know we all get scared but when you suffering from an anxiety disorder a fear can become a real obstacle in life. Maybe, you all know about the fight, freeze or flight response. When you are in a situation you fear you can either fight and go for it and overcome it. You can also do nothing and just freeze. You can also flight which is the one I always do. I’m way too good at escaping everything I fear in life. I will cover myself in blankets in bed and will think what a peaceful and lovely world. The world is full of danger but in my world and my bed I’m safe and sound. I know it isn’t a great way.

It’s so important to overcome our fears. When we overcome our fears we grow as a person. I have let fears consume my life and because I run away from them they only became bigger which is worse for my anxiety. It becomes a much more struggle when we run away from everything we fear then when we face it. I know it’s easier said than done. I still have to practice and learn a lot. Now, I’m going to share 10 tips on how I think you can overcome a fear.

1. Journal about your fear

It doesn’t matter which fear you have. Are you scared of snakes, flying, public speaking, hospitals or anything else? I find it great to write about my fear like I do on my blog or in my journal. Whenever you write about your fear it feels like you can let it a bit go. Write down why you are afraid and some experiences in the past with this fear. Analysing a fear is important as you can come to a conclusion why you have this fear. For example, I fear public speaking not because I don’t like to talk to people. I fear public speaking because I don’t like to be in the middle of attention and I don’t like it because I’m afraid to make a fool out of myself. I’m afraid to fail and embarrass myself in front of all people.

2. Take little steps to overcome your fear

If you fear something it’s important to face a fear with baby steps. If you are afraid of travelling on your own then I think it’s not a good idea to go and travel the whole world on your own at once. You can for example take little trips in your country and then for example in your continent and then when you are ready you will be able to overcome your fear and can travel the world. Taking little steps will give you the courage to overcome your fear. It helps me a lot to not feel overwhelmed about a big fear.

3. Feel your feelings and accept them

If you feel anxious or scared feel it and admit that you are anxious. There’s nothing to be ashamed of. You have the right to feel this way. If you are hiding and bottlling up your emotions, one day you will break down because it will be too much for you. Accept that you are afraid to do something. Even when you feel like a fear can consume you, you have to know that you have the power and control over it. You can control your fears.

4. Believe in yourself

It’s important when you are going to overcome a fear to believe in yourself. If you are constantly saying negative things about yourself you will only feel worse. Say to yourself I can do this. I can overcome this fear even though I’m anxious. I’m a warrior ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ€ How many times did I think I couldn’t do something and at the end I could do it because I felt strong enough to face my fears. We all have that strength in us.

5. Think of all the positive things you’ve achieved in your life

To think back of all your victories in life is a great way to feel positive about facing your fear. You have done something scary before and you could do it. The feeling of achieving something you felt scared of is just so great. It’s a great emotion and can make you feel stronger to constantly facing a fear in life whether it’s a big or a little fear.

6. Get help and support from your friends and family

I love to know that I’ve a lovely family and some good friends who will always be there for me. It can really help to have a great tribe of people who encourage you when you have to face a fear. Their support and encouragment can make a huge difference. I remember how scared I was to do my speech at the United Nations in NYC a few years ago. My family and good friends encouraged me and said that I could do it. I started to feel positive. Whenever I don’t believe in myself they will always believe in me. We are our worst enemies right. We have to be our inner best friends and tell us that we can do it.

7. Take action

I know so many times that I think of something I fear and I just don’t take action and only think about the fear. This will not solve anything at all. I remember so many times that I was for example afraid of doing an exam because I was afraid to fail. I ended up not doing the exam. Then, I learned for the exam and I made the exam and I passed. Taking action on facing a fear is so important. You can’t let the fear rule your life. Action builds courage and strength.

8. Know the difference between a rational and irrational fear

A great way to face a fear is analysing a fear and asking yourself questions. A rational fear is a real fear which can be a death or an illness. An irrational fear is a fear of something harmless or potentially dangerous, but whose probability of occuring is low or not possible. For example, if I know one of my family members has cancer and the doctor says he has a posibility to die then it’s a rational fear.

I have always had more irrational fears in my life. For example, whenever I’m flying I think the airplane will crash and get myself very anxious. Of course, it can happen but the facts show that flying is way more safer than riding a carย and that the possibility to die in a plain crash is really low. Airplane have the newest technology and there are 1000000 airplanes flying every second. It’s good to distinct your fears. Ask yourself if it’s worth to be fearful and if there’s a high chance that the thing you fear will come true or if your mind is playing tricks with you. Most of the things I was anxious about never happened.

9. If you can’t overcome a fear alone ask for a friend or family member to come with you

I always go to the doctors or dentist with my mother or father. I prefer to go with someone I trust and who can help me to overcome that fear. If I go alone I would feel even more anxious. You don’t have to do it your alone. It’s okay to ask for help. It’s also much easier to face your fear with someone then on your own.

10. Replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts

I know this one is easier said than done. I just believe so much in the law of attraction. Energy never lies and we attract the things we feel and think. I have had moments in my life that I thought every bad thing was happening to me. When I began to think more positive thoughts I could feel the good energy flowing into my life. I remember a time that I lost something and find it back. I remember when I helped a man find a hostel here in Valladolid and then he invited me for a free diner in a tapas restaurant. Negative thoughts will only make you more fearful. Positive thoughts will make you believe you can overcome your fear and you will ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’• We are all in this together.


As I’m done sharing my 10 tips of overcomig a fear I would like to share a little bit more about my dentist fear and how I’m going to overcome it. Last Wednesday was a very emotional and nerve-wracking day. I had an appointment with the dentist here in Valladolid. I have problems with my wisdom teeth as you already know. I knew I had to go to the dentist to ask a second opinion here in Spain. After two years of postponing it I went to check it. I went with my mother. They made a picture of my teeth. One woman at the reception asked me to sign a paper and she asked if I take medication. I was silence and then told her I take antidepressants and that I have anxiety. I still find it hard to open up about my mental health illness even to doctors. I don’t want that they think I’m crazy. Then I had to wait for a while and finally it was time to enter the scary room of the dentist haha ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜จ

The first thing I did when I sat down on the dentist chair was crying. I cried so much. I felt ashamed to be so anxious and that I had to cry. He said: “it’s okay you can cry.”ย I was thinking like what?! I can be sensitive and cry hell yes ๐Ÿ‘Š. He said: “I also cry.” I find that really amazing that he said that because there are so many men who say they never cry and appear strong. We all cry. We are all human. He checked my teeth and said I had caries in the four wisdom teeth. They all need to be pulled out. This scared me a lot. He told me I don’t have to worry because I will not feel any pain. He will give me medication and antibiotics. He even said if I wanted to do it today or tomorrow lol I was like no way. The assistant came and said yes you can do it tomorrow. The he said don’t pressure her, you can decide it. I have never felt so understood and comfortable at the dentist. Besides, he is so handsome omggg ๐Ÿ˜

I made an appointment to get one pulled out one monday. I hope I’m not going to cancel the appointment because of way too much fear. I’m still scared as hell. I tell myself it’s going to be okay. He said it will only take 15 minutes. I told him too about having anxiety in life and searching for a job. He said that I’ve to accept that your dream job doesn’t come at once. Everything takes time. I have to face my fears which is just so true. I have to stop running away from everything I fear. I can do this ๐Ÿ™ I will take an anti anxiety medication on Monday and the night before. The other 3 wisdom teeth will be pulled out when I’m back in Spain. Just one at a time. That’s the best for me. I’m a warrior ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช
