We should never forget to be of service in this world but we have to take care of ourselves first. We can’t run on an empty cup. I love the album Red so much!!! I’m so happy she recorded her album again. This album is from her now. I LOVEEEE RED. This song is amazing. I always listen to this song when I go biking. It makes me happy!!
Taylor Swift – Willow
Willow is one of my favourite songs of her album evermore. It’s so beautiful. Also the clip is just heaven. All the witchy vibes!! 😍🧙🏽🔮 It’s just so magical wow.
Adele – Easy on me
Another power woman!!! 😍 Adele is back with a new album and OMG I loveee it so much!! Easy on me is such a beautiful song. I’m so happy she is back with an album full of her powerful songs. This power song is the best. Her voice is amazing.
Ed Sheeran – Shivers
I loveeeee Ed Sheeran!!! This is such an awesome song of his new album. It makes me go dancing and just be happy and all. It puts you in a good mood as soon as you play it. Also Ed is just so talented!! 😍😍
Stromae – L’enfer
Stromae is such a talented artist!! L’enfer is an amazing song. It’s about suicidal thoughts and depression. He suffered from this too. It’s such a heartbreaking song 💔🥺. I love how he made this song possible to let people know they aren’t alone with their thoughts and struggles. I also love French so much. It makes the song even more personal and touching.
S10 – De diepte
Stien is going to represent The Netherlands 🇳🇱 during this Eurovision Song Contest in Italy. Honestly this song could just win. She sings about her own battles. She suffered from psychoses and depression. She is such a strong woman. This song is about the depth of feeling it all and going through it. She said that it is a tribute to the sadness and memories that you carry with you. Everyone experiences difficult times in their lives. That’s something we all have in common and she hopes you will feel less alone when you listen to this song. The chorus is also amazing!! It keeps you captivated.
Camila Cabello ft. Ed Sheeran – Bam Bam
Omgggg this song!!!! 😍🔥👌I love Camila Cabello and Ed Sheeran so much. This song is just so incredible. It makes me SO happy. Spanish vibess owhh yeahhh 🇪🇦. I can’t wait to dance on it this Summer all night long 💃🏽. Life is to enjoy it and to keep dancing even though it can be super hard. Sigue bailando means keep on dancing. I also can’t wait for her new album called Familia which means family.
Rigoberta Bandini – Ay Mama
Rigoberta sang this song for the Spanish final of Eurovision. It was not chosen but it’s an amazing song. This song is about a revolution of being a woman. It’s about praising having your period and about praising your feminine parts. God is a woman. Like definitely. Our bodies are all sacred. Never forget that your body is your temple forever ♀️👭💁♀️.

I love to write about my favourite artist ever. Taylor Swift has just released her album RED again. This time she owns it. She is recording them again because of that dumbass Scouter Braun who owned her older albums and sold them for millions. She is doing this for herself and for the fans. I have so much respect for her. She went to the worst and got out of it. She is the music industry!!! I’m so happy to be alive at the same time as she is. I can’t wait to see her live one day and meet her 😍 That would be a dream. I don’t want to make a real review but just share some songs I love and talk about it.
RED is my favourite album of Taylor Swift. It’s about love and heartbreak. I’m feeling happy, lonely, free and confused at the same time. It’s the best album ever. She is just an amazing singer songwriter. I would love to read or watch a movie written and directed by her. She is the most talented storyteller ever!! It’s insane how much imagination she have and it’s also about her personal life. I love it so much. You feel the feelings of her in all her songs. We love her music because it makes us feel our feelings and feel united. I wish to have more friends who love her to share my passion with them too. Not all my friends share the same music taste as I have.
One of my favourite songs is All too well. It brings up so much emotions. It’s so beautiful and almost everyone can relate to this story. The whole album fits so well for Autumn. This song is a masterpiece. Taylor made a 10 minute version for this album. It’s so beautiful. She also recorded a videoclip. That movie is so beautiful made like wow!! 😍😢 So. Many. Feelings. I have never seen such a thing so beautiful made. Only Tay Tay could do this and the actors. One is Sadie Sink from The Stranger Things and Dylan O’Brien. I have never watched that serie but wow she is so good, they both are. It shows us a story of how a toxic relationship goes. It’s based on the relationship from Taylor with Jake in her teenage years. He was older than her and basically used her.

“I remember it all too well.” There are many people who are in these kind of relationships and it’s horrible. At the end it’s for the best to break up with that person because otherwise you are only going to end up suffering more. It’s not worth the pain. The videoclip is beyond beautiful!! Best I have ever seen!!! She is just a queen. I would love to see a movie directed by Taylor Swift. It would be a masterpiece. Behind every succesful woman is herself 👸 👑.
The scenes are so beautiful made. The setting and just the whole vibe which you can feel is so beautiful and amazing. You all have to watch it also if you don’t like Taylor Swift. I can basically not understand that lol like who doesn’t love Tay Tay?! It’s a must watch. You wil not regret it when you will watch it. Also prepare for crying and feeling loads of feelings. It’s so heartbreaking 💔😭😢🥺.
Also the new songs are SO amazing!!! She never released them. This album full of 30 songs where 8 of them are new are so beautiful. One of them is called “I bet you think about me.” I LOVE the videoclip. What a nice surprise!! She made it with Blake Lively (Serena from Gossip Girl). They are besties. Love that so much. Her dress is RED and she looks so stunning!!!! 😍💃 LIKE WOW. I also love when she her face is full of cake 🤣 and she raise a middle finger. It’s so good. I wish to have that dress.

The song 22 has just been a highlight for me when I was feeling 22 lol. It guess it has been for all of us. Also RED is one of my favourite songs and We are never ever getting back togethe. I also love the songs with Ed Sheeran. They are such amazing friends.
I could talk the whole day about how amazing she is and how much I love RED but I would never end. You just have to experience it by yoursef. After the horrible time I’m going through with the death of my daddy listening to this album was a highlight and still is. It makes me feel so at peace. I really needed this. Also I hope I get some of her merch for Christmas it would be a dream for me!!!! 😍🎄 You can never have enough stuff of Taylor.

I feel like it’s been a long time since I posted a blog. I’ve been feeling depressed, a bit anxious and bad as you could read on my last blog post. I woke up and the whole week I felt this way. It’s not just that I lack a purpose in life. I feel the suffering and the state of the world SO much because I’m a highly sensitive person. It’s okay to feel but sometimes it gets way too overwhelming. I’m happy to feel again lighter and more hopeful. Here’s to better times ahead 🙏✨. I guess especially in these times we have to keep this hope alive because otherwise we wouldn’t be able to cope. It’s too much negative news all the time. It’s okay to take a social media break. Do what feels good to you. I’m back in The Netherlands since a few days. I already miss Spain 😢🇪🇸. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Taylor Swift – Folklore
OMGGGG MY FAV ARTIST EVER RELEASED A NEW ALBUM JUST AS A SURPRISE!!! 😍😍😍 She announced it and bam there it was. Taylor Swift, the queen of the music industry 👸👑 as known was the artist of the decade. I really love her so much. I love her as a person SO much and also her music is just the best and most beautiful. I loved her last album Lover so much. This album was something totally different and less pop which was really nice. I also missed at times the country Taylor. This is one of my favourite albums of her and I keep listen to it on repeat. I can’t stop it. It’s way too good. She sings about so many stories. She is THE person to write them. I also wanted to make an apart blog post for it later. She wored together with Bon Iver, The National en Jack Antonoff. I love this alternative album SO much 🥰. Its perfect for the end of Summer and beginning of Autumn. It makes me feel nostalgic, sad and it has mistery in it. All my songs are my favourite haha I can’t choose but I will try to choose my favourites which you can listen below.

THIS song and the video is so amazing! WOW so beautiful!!! 😍 She directed this all by herself. She choosed the clothes, make up and just everything. I’m so impressed and also not because she literally can do everything. The visuals are out of the world. I love this song. It brings me such a great sense of calm. She also looks so beautiful. The scene in the forest and in the sea are my favourites.
Taylor Swift – the last great american dynasty

This is another amazing song which also has such a great story behind it. It’s about a woman from St. Louis who is named Rebekah West Harkness. She is a famously wild heiress who once owned the Rhode Island coastal mansion that Swift purchased in 2013 for about $17 million. I really like this connection so much. She always have so much stories to tells us in her songs.
Taylor Swift ft. Bon Iver – exile

This duet is SO beautiful with Bon Iver!!! 😍 This is one of my favourite songs ever. The low voice of Bon Iver blends really well with Taylor in this song. It’s a sad song and makes me feel so much. This song is about a doomed couple rehashing their relationship. It beings very low and when they sing together it explodes which is my favourite part ever. You can feel the emotion in it. This song is just in prefect harmony.
Taylor Swift – betty

The songs cardigan/betty and august are a ‘Teenage Love Triangle’. James and Betty are two teens who were dating, but over the summer James started secretly sleeping with another girl. Betty found out about the affair from Inez, and tried to break up with James but it sounds like they got back together in the end. ‘Cardigan’ is from Betty’s point of view, lamenting the loss of young love. ‘August’ is from the perspective of the other woman, who had the secret summer affair with James. And ‘betty’ is all about James trying to get Betty back. Taylor is so good in storytelling. This song sounds so country which I really did miss these years. I really love this song. I also like the harmonica too. It makes it even better.
Aitana ft. Morat – Más de lo que aposté
Aitana is becoming such an amazing artist since she participated in the Spanish talent show Operación Triunfo. This song is so catchy! It’s so amazing 😍. Also, Morat is an amazing band from Colombia. This collab is again a hit.
Rvfv ft. Lola Indigo – Trendy
Awesome song again from Lola Indigo! I love the cowboy vibes 😍🤠👢 She dances and sings so well. I love all the dancers so much. The choreography is amazing.
Eva B – América
Eva became third in Operación Triunfo this year. She has so much personality and charisma. I love the videoclip and this single of her fits her so well. I can’t wait for more amazing songs of her.
Jawsh 685 x Jason Derulo – Savage Love (Laxed – Siren Beat)
I always heard this song on the radio in Spain and immediately loved it. It’s so catchy and uplifting! 😍 It really makes me happy to listen to. It’s been a long time since I listened to Jason Derulo.
Miley Cyrus – Midnight sky

Miley is back with such a masterpiece! 😍 I really like the whole vibes of this song. I love her low voice. It sounds SO good!! I’m happy she is back with great music.
BLACKPINK ft. Selena Gomez – Ice cream
This is an amazing collaboration with the Kpop group BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez. I love ice cream 😍🍨. Hahah this song makes me want to eat one. I really like this song.
Lola Indigo ft. Danna Paola y Denise Rosental – Santería
Wow this song and video is SO awesome! 😍 Three powerful women together 🔥 This song relates to a religion that was developed in Cuba. The videoclip is amazing. The performance is so good!! This is a perfect song to dance on and also makes you feel empowered as a woman 💃♀️.
Amaia Romero – Cosas interesantes para decir
I’m so happy Amaia is back with some new music. It’s so good! 💖. It’s a great pop song which makes you happy. I’m so happy she always stays authentic and real. Her voice is always so sweet which I love so much.
Amaia Romero – La victoria
These two songs were recorded directly in the studio. I really like this one too. The instruments are also amazing. I can’t wait to see her live one day with her band. She sings about people looking at her but not seeing her. She also sings about how not everyone tells the truth which is so relatable nowadays.
Nea ft. Felix Jaehn – Some say remix
I LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH!!!! 😍😍 I heard it so much on the Spanish radio. The chorus can remind you of the song Blue da ba dee by Eiffel 65. It’s really such a relaxing song.
BTS – Dynamite
What a great new song of BTS! I can’t wait to see what they have in store with their new album. I’m sure there will be more amazing song in it like this one. BTS never fails in making amazing music. They are such cuties too. Thank you for making this world a better place to live in.
JoJo ft. Demi Lovato – Lonely hearts
I really miss some more music with Demi Lovato. I really liked this collab with JoJo. I really like when they sing together. It sounds very well. Maybe it’s not totally my style of music I would listen to but I like it.

I’m SO behind some blog posts I wanted to share but I have to not blame myself for that. It will otherwise only add more stress and anxiety which is not something I need right now. Blogging has to be fun. I want to share my review about the new album Folklore of Taylor Swift because it’s THE BEST 😍😭🥺. I LOVE HER SO MUCH. First, I will share the songs I loved in June which seem so long time ago but it was just last month. I have been so busy these weeks with packing my suitcase and cleaning my room a bit. I will finally go to Spain this week after more than a half year not being able to go 😭. I miss it so much. I’m a bit anxious for the travel day and I never like flying much especially nowadays. I think me and my mother will be fine and everything will go well. I can’t wait to be there, enjoy some delicious tapas and see my family and friends. Now, let’s move on to the topic of this post. In the June I listened to some beautiful music which includes the new single of Sofia Ellar called Si es Roma amor, Underdog from Alicia Keys, and loads of other amazing songs which you will see below 💕.
Sofia Ellar – Si es Roma amor
One of my favourite artists in Spain released her new single. It is such a beautiful song and makes me very happy. The music video also has those Summer vibes which I long for so much. I can’t wait to listen to this song many more times and enjoy Summer time in Spain 🌞🌊🌴. I saw Sofia live two years ago and I can’t wait to see her again. Her concerts are the best. I relate so much to her lifestyle because she is a hippie girl just like me haha.
Fred De Palma ft. Ana Mena – Se iluminaba
This song is just sooooo amazing!! 😍 I love it so much. I heard this song a lot on the Spanish radio LOS40 and Cadena 100. It’s number one many times. Again a perfect song for the Summer. I really love the sound of it. It’s such a bop.
Rosalía ft. Travis Scott – TKN
Rosalía is back with a great song with Travis Scott this time. It’s maybe different than what she made before but I really like it. I also like the choreography.
The Weeknd – Blinding lights
I didn’t know The Weeknd before this song, how bad haha. It’s such an amazing song. I hear it all the time. It makes me so happy and also makes me swing along it. The only thing I don’t like is to see blood on his face because it’s one of my biggest phobia’s.
Anne-Marie – Birthday

I love this song! 💃🎉 I listened to it on my birthday month which was the first of June. Anne-Marie is such a great artist. This is a perfect birthday song to make you feel in the mood of your birthday. It’s fun and catchy. Always do what you love to do on your birthday and not what others want because it’s your birthday. You deserve to spent it the way you like.
Surf Mesa ft. Emilee- ily (i love you baby)

This song is such a hit! It’s amazing. I feel myself drifting away into paradise and being on a beach listening to this song 🌊👌. It’s the perfect ambiance for it. This is a song that makes you feel very peaceful.
Nia – 8 Maravillas
Nia won the talent show Operación Triunfo this year and I’m still SO proud of her. She’s amazing. She can dance and sing so good. Her single is about the Canary Islands. I can’t wait to visit them one day. They seem so beautiful. This song is such a nice song full of latin vibes 💃💖 which is really her style.
Anaju – Me iré
Anaju became the fourth finalist of Operación Triunfo. This video is from yesterday’s concert in Wizink Center in Madrid. I love her single. It’s so beautiful and touching. She sings really from her heart. I love to see her emotion on her face. She is such a queen and I can see her being a great artist in Spain and internationally too.
Eva – Dumb

Eva became the third finalist of Operación Triunfo. I’m really proud of her. She has so much personality and on stage it’s just so amazing seeing her being herself and having fun. This single of her is amazing and so catchy.

I used to listen to many songs of Alicia Keys in the past. She is such a great singer. This song is amazing and very touching too 🙏. It has a beautiful life story which is that everyone has the right to rise up and shine in life. It’s just a human right. This goes for everyone who feels like an underdog. There still needs to be a lot of change happening in this world to be all treated equally.
Jonas Blue ft. MAX – Naked
I like this song. I love the song Perfect Strangers from Jonas Blue and this one is also very good. I dance along this song.
Keira Knightley – Lost stars

This song is from the movie I watched called Begin Again. It’s from Adam Levine and she also sings it in the movie and it’s sooooo beautiful!! Her voice is so beautiful. It sounds like an angel and makes me feel so calm.
Dvicio ft. Matisse – La distancia
This song is beautiful!! I heard it from a friend in their Insta. Distancia means distance. It’s beautiful made during lockdown. I love how their voices sound together.
Sal de mi – OT 2020
The group of 2020 from Operación Triunfo made this beautiful song all together. It’s a hymn song for all the victims of COVID-19 in Spain and all over the world. It’s really beautiful. I loved to hear this song during the final. It made me really emotional 🥺💞.
Diselo a la vida – OT 2020
This is the hymn of Operación Triunfo 2020 and I love it so much!! 😍😍 Rafa which is one of the 16 participants made this song. It’s about living a good life without thinking of what society thinks of you. It’s about being happy with what you have, talking about our fears and loving each other. Good vibes for sure! This song makes me so happy.

How are you all doing? I’m happy to announce we are going out of lockdown here in The Netherlands and also in Spain. I really can’t wait to go to Spain even though I may have to wear a mask in the airplane which I don’t like. I hope it won’t cause me any anxiety. I just don’t like anything on my face. I just really feel exhausted and also a bit depressed these days because I want to live life more intensely. I want to go travelling the world and go on adventures and just live that hippie life 🏄🌊🌍🌞. I crave seeing friends and real connection. I’m a bit done with this situation. AMAZING SONG!!! 😍 These power woman released this awesome song. I love it so much. The beat, the lyrics and omggg the dancing performance is so good. Just 10/10.
Ariana Grande & Justin Bieber – Stuck with U
I’m not a fan so much of Justin Bieber but some songs I really like of him. This song is also very good together with Ariana Grande. It’s a cute song and fits perfectly for the days we have to be stuck at home during this pandemic. I also loved seeing Demi Lovato in the video with her bofriend. She deserves the best. The money of this song goes to a charity to help people in need.
Kygo ft. Zak Abel – Freedom
I love Kygo so much!!! He is one of my favourite DJ’s. This song is wonderful. This video was going to be shoot in the Maladives but of course it wasn’t possible. I crave freedom so much 🙏. I crave a life where I can live in peace and do what I want and just be happy. That for me is freedom.
Aitana ft. Reik – Enemigos
Such a good song!!! 😍 Aitana is one of my favourite singers in Spain. In this song she sings together with Reik which is a pop band from Mexico. It’s so good. They made an animated video because of the pandemic too. I actually love it so much. It’s from an artist and it’s beautiful made. This song makes me really happy.
Karol G ft. Nicky Minaj – Tusa
I love this song! It’s a great song to dance on and so catchy. I also like the pink atmosphere in the video. It’s been released a few months ago but I forgot to mention it in one of my latest music posts.
Pablo López – Mariposa
Pablo López is such an amazing artist which always make music right from the heart. He writes beautiful music. This song is another masterpiece of him. I love it. Mariposa 🦋 means butterfly in Spanish. The way he performs and sings makes you feel every emotion.
Taylor Swift – Soon you’ll get better (Live version)

This song is one of my favourite songs of Talor’s new album. It’s so beautiful and touching. This song is about her mother who has cancer. I really do hope she gets better soon. She sang this song live for One World: Together At Home. It’s so touching and makes me emotional. She feels this song deeply in her heart. I love her so much ❤. I can’t wait to see her live one day. That’s one of my biggest dreams ever.

This song is really good. Sam Smith singing together with Demi Lovato is just so good. I’m also ready for someone to love me lol but I guess I will stay single forever. I also really liked the performance in the video.
Duncan Laurence – EP Worlds on fire
Finall the EP came out of my favourite artist from The Netherlands who won Eurovision last year! 😍🇳🇱 Duncan Laurence released some beautiful music. I already love Arcade which was the song which won for Eurovision Song Contest last year. I’m going to share my favourite songs of him below.

I just have to share this masterpiece again. IT’S MY FAV SONG EVER 😭😍. Of course it had to win Eurovision and just everything. His voice, the lyrics and the message of the song. The song is inspired by the heartbreak of a loved one of Duncan’s who died. Arcade is a story about the search for the love of your life, and about the hope to reach something that seems unreachable. Every time I hear it I get emotional and cry. Everyone has to listen to this beautiful song. Also, the video made underwater is so beautifully made. 10/10 for sure.
Duncan Laurence – Someone else
Duncan just never fails in making good music. This song is as beautiful as Arcade. I love it so much. He is such a great singer-songwriter who always stay by himself when he makes music. When I close my eyes and hear him singing I’m just floating into space and feel my heart being fuzzy. I love him so much with my whole heart. I have concert tickets to see him in November but I don’t know if that’s possible now due to the pandemic. I really hope I will see him live soon with my friend. It’s going to be an unforgettable night.

Maialen – Sargento de hierro (Operación Triunfo 2020, gala 10)
Maialen sings this beautiful song in the 10th liveshow of Operación Triunfo a few weeks ago. I loved it so much. The original is from the group Morgan. She sings with so much passion and emotion. She is such a beautiful soul, so pure and authentic. She reminds me of staying always true to myself too. Maialen already was a singer-songwriter before she entered the talentshow Operación Triunfo in Spain. I know that she will only become better and will release some amazing songs 💖.
Noah Cyrus – The end of everything
I really liked some songs of Noah Cyrus and it didn’t came into my mind that she was the sister of Miley Cyrus haha omg. Where have I been in life? Her new album is so amazing. I love her songs so much. I will share some of my favourites below.

July is a beautiful song where she sings about being a realtionship which wasn’t good for them but she stayed. I’m also afraid of change and could feel that. Her voice is amazing.

Noah sings about being in the shadow of Miley Cyrus when she was younger. She felt less than her. This song can also relate to depression or anxiety. I also don’t want to be young and sad. We are way too young to be this sad I read once as a quote. I agree with it. This song is beautiful made 💕.

This is such a sad and beautiful song. I always have been afraid of death 😢. I also talked about this fear in this post. I can’t think of the thought that we are all going to die one day. It makes me have anxiety and so sad. What is good is that everything we fear is also going to end. Nothing last forever neither do bad times. This is a meaningful song that reminds us to just enjoy the time we have on our earth 🌍✨.

I’m still griefing about the loss of the inspiring and beautiful surfers who died in our North Sea last monday the 11th of May 😢. You can read the whole story in my last blog post. With that post I also wrote my 200th post on my blog. I’m so proud of that achievement and for all of your support and love. I wouldn’t be there without you guys. I love you so much 😍. Now, let’s get on with this post. I will share some beautiful music I listened to in April. There were some beautiful new Spanish songs from Sofía Ellar ft. Álvaro Soler and Aitana and also amazing songs from Dua Lipa and Selena Gomez.
Sofía Ellar ft. Álvaro Soler – Barrer a casa
I LOVE THISSSS SWEET SONG SO MUCH!!!! 🥰💕 Also, I love Sofía and Álvaro so much. They are together as a couple too and are really well known artists from Spain. Spain have more than 20.000 deaths and is now doing a bit better. They are slowly going out of the lockdown. They weren’t allowed to leave the house at all, only to the supermarket or pharmacy. This song was made in lockdown and the home made video is just so cute. It’s about this situation where we don’t have the freedom to do what we want to do.
Lola Indigo is such an amazing Spanish artist and this collaboration is so amazing! Sounds a nice beat, melody and dance! She is not only a good singer but also a great dancer 💃.
David Bisbal ft. Aitana – Si tu la quieres
David Bisbal and Aitana singing together is just a bless! It’s so beautiful and emotional. Their voices are so good together. They both ended at the second place of the Spanish talent show Operación Triunfo and are now super famous. I’m really loving this collaboration. This song is about love knowing no distance. Right now, we can’t see our families and friends but we still give love to those we love only now it’s with a distance between us.
Lewis Capaldi – Someone you loved

I love Lewis Capaldi more and more now. This is such a beautiful and emotional song. We all need someone to hold us when we feel bad and not someone who leave us. His voice is so magical ✨.

I didn’t know Leighton could sing too. She is known as Blake in one of my favourite series ever: xoxo Gossip Girl. I love country songs and this song is so cute. I’m a Summer girl too 🌞🌊🏄♀️. I can’t wait for Summer even though it will not be the best Summer ever. I hope to make it a good one. I can’t wait to wear my flip flops, bikini and swim in the sea. That’s my ray of happiness. She sings so well and it’s so cute!
La Oreja de Van Gogh – Abrázame
This is a beautiful new song from my favourite Spanish band. They come from Basque country. I have listened all my life to their beautiful music. This song is called hug me 🤗 and it’s so touching. It’s a new song of their upcoming new album in a few months. They just make the best music ever.
Vanesa Martín – Un canto a la vida
This is an emotional song about our current situation in the world. All the purchases of this song will go to The Red Cross to combate the Coronavirus. I think that’s a beautiful idea and the song is amazing! It’s a song about hope and about going on in life. It’s about being all together, being an empath and solidair with each other. Those are so important qualties and not only now but always. We have to give thanks for all the people working in the health sector fighting for others and for their lives each day.
Resistiré 2020 – 30 artists
This is one of my favourite Spanish songs. The original is from Dúo Dinámico. In this version 30 Spanish artists sing together about being all together and united to combate the Coronavirus together. Resistir means to resist. We have to resist all together 💪💕. We can do it even though sometimes I feel a bit tired of all of this. I just wish it wouldn’t take so long to get to a new world and see each other again. I really am craving connection and seeing my family and friends. I only see my parents because I live with them. I’m grateful for a safe home but I still miss face to face connection so much. It’s a touching song and I love that the funds go to a NGO called Cáritas in Spain.
Dani Martin ft. Juanes – Los huesos
Two amazing Spanish artists are singing together a powerful and amazing song. I love it! Their voices combine perfectly.
Selena Gomez – Boyfriend

Selena Gomez always makes such good music! This song is sooo catchy and nice. I really like it!! I also would love to have a nice boyfriend haha but I guess yes I only find bad ones.
Dua Lipa – Future Nostalgia
I love Dua Lipa and I’m really happy that her new album came out!!! It’s so good. I already shared the song Physical which I love in this blog post. I will share some other nice songs below.

WOW such an amazing song! I love it so much. Dua Lipa never fails. The video clip is also so well made. I love her vibes so much. I really can see myself dancing this song during a party but oh wait Coronatimes so that has to wait a bit more.

OMG this song!!! 😍👌It’s so good. Again a song about feminism and the lyrics is just so good. It’s the best. We are always afraid of walking home and have our keys in our hands. Men can just walk normally during the night. We have the right to come home safely too. I love the chorus and the other voices you hear. Such a nice song. Girls will be women yeahhh right! 👭♀️💜
OG3NE – Bohemian Rhapsody
This version of Bohemian Rhapsody is so good from my favourite Dutch girl band OG3NE. They sing so beautiful in harmony together. I have so much love and respect for them. They lost their mother after participating in Eurovision a few years ago. They still sing together and it’s always so beautiful. Even the page on Instagram from Queen has reshared this video. They really deserve all the love. It’s so difficult to sing this all together while being isolated.
Miriam Rodríguez – La Dirección de tu Suerte
Miriam also participated in the Spanish talent show Operación Triunfo in 2017. This is her second album and I really like it so much. Her voice has so much power and I love the songs she writes. She is such a great singer-songwriter. She is also called ‘La Leona’ which means lion because she is a powerful women and has so much pressence when she sings on stage. I already shared the song ‘No sé quién soy’ of her new album in my last music post. I will share my favourite songs of the album below.
Miriam Rodríguez – Desperté
This is an amazing song. I love her voice, power and just everything. I also am in love with the beautiful moon 🌕. Such a beautiful way to represent this song. Desperté was the first single of the album which she released. Desperté means waking up. She sings about living with sadness. Sometimes we want to dissapear but we have to find our way in life and wake up. We have to find a way to live with the sadness we feel in life.
Miriam Rodríguez – No fui yo
This such an emotional and beautiful song. I really like it how she has so many different songs in her new album, some amazing ballads like this one and some other pop songs.

I didn’t write a blog post for music in February just because I was doing other stuff like yoga, meditation and reading. I also don’t feel well this whole week. I have headaches, feel dizzy and have cramps 😢. I don’t know what it is but hopefully it will pass soon. Also my gum in my lower wisdom teeth hurt. I still need to get rid of three wisdom teeth but I would really love to do that all in Spain. I miss Spain so much my heart aches and wish to hopefully go soon 🇪🇸🙏. Of course there are great dentists everywhere but when I trust someone and had a great experience I don’t like to change that. Everything went so smoothly in January when I got rid of one wisdom teeth. I also wouldn’t like to go to the hospital here because in some cases they don’t do it in private clinics. However, I’m also enjoying the sunshine these days in the garden and my walks in the park with my mother. In this blog post I will share my favourite music from March which includes some amazing Spanish songs and amazing new songs from Demi Lovato and Dua Lipa too. I hope you will enjoy it 🎶.
Sophia Kruithof – Alaska
Sophia Kruithof won The Voice of Holland season 10 in The Netherlands. She sang her own song Alaska in the finals. It’s such a beautiful and touching song. Her voice is so beautiful and so touching. I love her honesty in the way she sings. She is a deserved winner.
OG3NE – Kinda wanna
This is one of their songs of their new album Straight to you. I love this song so much. The home isolation version is so beautiful. It’s also so difficult to sing that way. I wish to go to one of their concerts when all of this is over. I love these girls so much. This Dutch girls group is really something to be so proud of! When they sing together it sounds so good. I love the harmony between their voices so much 😍.
Jeangu Macrooy – Grow (Eurovision – The Netherlands)

Even though Eurovision will not take place this year in The Netherlands I really loved this song. Again The Netherlands comes with a beautiful song. I didn’t know Jeangu before but he already sang for The Passion here. This song is so beautiful. I love his voice and the gospel at the middle. This song is for all the people suffering from a mental illness or feeling bad in life 🙏. He wants to let everyone know that we have the right to feel whatever emotion we are feeling. He hopes this song makes people feel a little less lonely in their search for happiness. He thinks that openness and honesty about how we really feel will ultimately bring us closer. I so agree with him. Such a beautiful message.
Demi Lovato – I love me

The queen is back with a beautiful new song! 👸😍 I’m so happy Demi is back and happy because she deserves that so much. This is such a feel good song and such a beautiful feminist song. I also found myself comparing myself way too much to other people which makes me feel worse. We are all enough and a 10 out of 10 hell yeah. I also love the flashbacks of Camp Rock and Jonas Brothers in the video.
Dua Lipa – Physical
This new song of Dua Lipa is so good! I love the whole vibes and the sound of it. I feels a bit like the 80s with the lights and everything. It’s so catchy.
The Original Rudeboys – Better days
I’m so happy they are back because I love them so much. This is such a great new song of them. It just makes me feel relaxed and chill. I can’t wait for more new music of them.
Rosalía – Dolerme
Rosalía is back with a beautiful Spanish song. Her voice is so beautiful and sounds like an angel especially when she sings those high notes. I love this song! 💕
Sofia Ellar – Tan solo soy real
Tan solo soy real is the live album from Sofia Ellar. She has included the songs which she sang live during her concert in Wizink Center in Madrid. I would love to go again to one of her concerts. She is one of my favourite Spanish artists ever. Her songs are so pure and honest. She is an amazing singer-songwriter. I will share some of my favourite songs of this live album below.
Sofia Ellar – Mundos
This song is so beautiful! 💖 I love it. It’s so good and definitely brings the good vibes of the beginning of the concert. I wish I was there so that I could enjoy it too. The instruments also sounds so amazing.
Sofia Ellar – Versión de cobarde
This song is one of my favourite songs of her because it’s so pure and honest. She had a lovely cat named Dorian who got lost and passed away. She wrote this song for her passed cat. Such a sad story but such an amazing song. You can feel her emotion through this song.
Miriam Rodríguez – No sé quién soy
Wow such an amazing song! Miriam wrote this song about people suffering with Alzheimer. It’s about not knowing who you are and not having memories. It’s so sad but she sings it beautifully. I find it really important that artists sings about this theme because it’s important to raise awareness and help the people who suffer from this horrible illness 😢🙏.
Victoria – Tears getting sober (Eurovision – Bulgaria)

This song is SO BEAUTIFUL!!!!! ✨ I love this song. I’m sad that Eurovision is cancelled this year because maybe this song would have won. I agree with people saying that maybe she got inspiration from Billie Elish. I think there’s nothing wrong with that because every artist has their inspirations. This song is so mysterious, wonderful and really makes you feel a lot of emotions. The video is so wonderful made, so simple and yet it captivates you straight away. I love when music does that to you.
Davina Michelle – Beat me (Official song F1 Grand Prix)
I have nothing with Formule 1 races but this year it would be here in The Netherlands. It’s now cancelled of course. The Dutch singer made this song for the races. I really like it. It sounds really good.
Anne – Salté
I love Anne from the newest edition of the Spanish talentshow Operación Triunfo. When they were in the singing acedemy they produced their own songs. This song is so cute!!! I love her voice. I love the pure and honesty of her. This song is really just her essence which I love so much.
Chica Sobresalto – Oxitocina
Chica Sobresalto also known as Maialen was participating in the same talentshow as Anne. She was already an artist before she entered the academy. This song is just WOW amazing!!!! I love it because it sounds a bit pop/rock 🤘. She writes and produce such great songs. She has so much personality in her songs and she is always herself. I love those artists the most who are completely themselves on stage and in life.
Jorge Dexler – Codo con codo
Jorge made this song for what’s happening now in the world with the Coronavirus. He sings about hugs that will come again and that all will be well again. It’s a song with a beautiful message which we all need to hear right now.

The Jonas Brothers are on fire lately! 😍🔥 They are releasing so many good songs. I love this song and the video is so catchy too. I also really LOVE that their wives are in so many videoclips. It’s so cute. I wish to go to one of their concerts and sing and dance along every song of them.
John Legend – Conversations in the dark

I don’t listen to John Legend that much but sometimes I hear a song I really love like this one. He is such a great artist. This song is so beautiful and touching. I love how he writes about love and how this music just make you feel that love. I feel a bit alone too while listening to this song because of being single. Deep down I crave for that one true love.

When I watched Frozen 2 I felt completely in love with this song and everything in this scene 😍✨. I relate to this song so much. I have to show myself more instead of hiding in this world. I hide myself because of being bullied in my teens. I am worth it and have the right to love and show myself. We all have our answers in ourselves. We just have to look into our hearts and find it. This song is just so wonderful. Frozen is amazing.
Kacey Musgraves – All is found (Frozen 2)
I find this song so relaxing and so beautiful too. I love Disney for their beautiful movies such as Frozen and for the beautiful music such as this song. It’s so touching and cute.
Taylor Swift – Only the young
While I was watching the amazing documentary of Taylor Swift called Miss Americana I heard this new song for the first time 💖. I wrote about her documentary in this post. This song is SO GOOD!!! It’s a song with a message. We are the genereation who can save and change this world 🌍💪. We may be young but we can do it! We have the right to speak up about anything we believe in.
Eva – Let’s twist again (Operación Triunfo 2020)
I love this Spanish talent show so I will share some nice covers which they sing in the liveshows. I love how Eva sang Let’s twist again by Chubby Checker. She did it so well and so good. She was wearing clothes from her grandfather haha so awesome! I love her expression and everything. Such a good performance. I wish I would feel so comfortable singing on that stage.
Rosalía – Juro que
AAAHHH Rosalía is back with some beautiful flamenco music! 💃 It’s about a flamenco girl who was physically and verbally abused. She is back to her roots and I love it. I also love when she make songs in the genre of reggeaton but I love these kinds of songs more in her style.
Shakira ft. Anuel AA – Me gusta
I can’t wait for more new music of Shakira. I love her old songs so much such as Waka Waka and La Bicicleta. I also like this song. It’s catchy.

Another amazing song of Selena. I really feel this way too. We all loose people in our lives whether that is due to falling apart, grief or anything else 💔. I find it hard sometimes to let people go but sometimes it’s for the best. Her voice is so beautiful. I love the beat in this song too.

This is such a relaxing song. I can feel those vibes. I love it when she sings those high notes. It all sounds so good.
BTS – Black Swan (Performed by MN Dance Company)
I cried while watching this beautiful, amazing and inspiring music video of the new song Black Swan by BTS 🦢. This is real music. It feels like the guy dancing feels like not fitting in with the others and is doing his own dance. That’s what I feel while watching it. I love the instruments and just everything. The dancers are amazing. So incredible beautiful! This is real art.
G. Soul – Bad habit
While I was listening to Black Swan I saw this song from G.Soul. Nice song. I don’t listen that much to K-pop but I really like this song and the beats of it.
The Original Rudeboys – Hypocrite
I’M SO HAPPY THEY ARE BACK! ☺️👏 I missed them so much. I loved listening to their music. The Original Rudeboys was the support act of The Script some years ago when I went to see them. I love the songs Stars in my eyes, Travelling man and Blue eyes. I love this new song of them. They make such great music together and sing very well. I can’t wait for more music of them this year.
Racoon – Het is al laat toch
Racoon is one of my fav bands of The Netherlands. They are so talented. I loved when I saw them live in Haarlem once. I’m happy they are making music again. I really like this new song. I normally don’t like that much when Dutch artists sing in Dutch but sometimes it’s really good like this time haha. I just am more used to listening songs in English or in Spanish.

The new album of Camila is so goooood!!! 😍 I really wish to go to one of her concerts. She is coming to Amsterdam in June but I can’t go to all the concerts I want to go this year because it cost a lot of money 😥. Her new album is lovely pop music with good lyrics and also of course romantic. I love all her songs. They are so good. She’s such a great singer. I already loved the songs Shameless, Liar, Señorita, Easy and Cry for me. Here are my other three favourite songs of her.

I love this live performance in The Tonight show of Jimmy Fallon. This song is so catchy and so nice! 🎶 I really like it so much. She is also such a great performer.

THIS SONG IS JUST SO BEAUTIFUL I CRY 😍😭. I also loved the performance she gave of this song in the Grammys. It’s so emotional as her daddy is there and she is singing this song for him. She also looks so beautiful in her pink dress. Such a goddess. This song is for all the fathers out there. Our parents are definitely the first ones that really loves us unconditionally. My daddy is the only man I trust. It’s not totally true but it’s to be honest it’s just hard to find a man you can trust.
Aitana ft. Cali y El Dandee – +
This song is sooooo beautiful 😍💕. I have already listened to this song 10000 times. Aitana is amazing and Cali y El Dandee are also so nice. Together they sing beautifully. The videoclip is also so well made. It’s made in Argentina. I cried when I heard and watched it. It’s just the best. This song is about a first love that isn’t there anymore. She sings about that she knows that he isn’t coming back. She loves him more. She can’t forget him. I know this feeling so well. I’m happy that I’m not heartbroken anymore but I still don’t know how to ever love someone again because I’m afraid to get hurt again.
Lola Indigo – Luna
I love this song! Lola Indigo is such a great Spanish singer too. She only release good songs like this one. Luna 🌜 is moon in Spanish. I love the moon and everything about it. She also has a tattoo of a moon. I would love to have that one day too if I ever get over my needle fear ughhh.
Sofia Ellar ft. Blas Cantó – Humanidad en paro
So beautiful! Sofia Ellar is one of my favourite Spanish artists and I also really love Blas Cantó which is going to represent Spain 🇪🇸 in Eurovision this year. Sofia Ellar made this song a few years ago. It’s about speaking up about human rights when some people can’t. This song is about refugees. I think it’s really beautiful. Their voices are so unique together. I also agree about the message. We can all help each other 🙏✨.
Harry Styles – Fine line
Finally Harry Styles released his new album Fine line!!! 💖 It’s so good. I also like every song of this new album of Harry Styles. I have to admit that I didn’t listen that much to Harry Styles but I began to listen to him more and I really like him. I love Sign of the times and also all the songs of One Direction. His new songs are so amazing just like he is as a person. Such a sweetheart. I also wish to go to one of his concerts one day with one of my best friends Chloe. It would be so amazing. I loved the songs he released before the album which were Watermelon sugar and Lights up. I will share now with you my other three favourites.
Harry Styles – Adore you
This song is just so amazing. I also loved that the voice you hear which is telling you a story is Rosalía. She’s a popular singer in Spain and internationally too. This videoclip, the song and just everything is amazing about this song.
Harry Styles – Canyon Moon

Aaaah this sounds like a country song and I love it!!! 💃🕺It also sounds as a song from the 70’s or so. It makes me so happy. This song would be so good to make it on a playlist for a roadtrip during the Summer. I also love his whistles. It sounds so cute.

I don’t listen that much to Dutch music but this song is really so touching and I really cried so much hearing it 💖. I feel it and the lyrics is so relatable. The videoclip was just released in Janary. This song is just so raw and vulnerable. I guess many of us can feel this way. I always laugh so people think I’m happy all the time which I’m not. Sometimes it can be a mask. I also sometimes make other people feel like everything is okay with me when it’s not. I just don’t want to bother people because I feel that sometimes I’m too much. I learned that it’s okay to be ourselves and that we can let our feelings go and just be ourselves. All our feelings matter 🙏. There are always people who care about us and will love us for the way we are. We are not alone.
Taylor Swift – Christmas tree farm

This song is so cute. Everything about Taylor Swift is just so good 😍👌. I listened to this song a lot during Christmas time. I also love the cute pictures from her and her family when she was younger. She looks so cute!!! She is still such a sweetheart and I’m so happy I live in a world where she exists, my fav artist evah. Yeah, I love her that much haha. I wish to see her live once.
Louis Tomlinson – Don’t let it break your heart
I like this song. It’s a really nice song and Louis sings very well. I don’t listen to much of his songs but I really like this one.

I love to read other music reviews of 2019 and I also loved to see mine. I’m excited to share it with you all. Music is life. We can know a person’s personality through their music style. I love Taylor Swift, she’s my favourite artist of this decade and forever. I love romantic music and music which touch my soul 🎶. It has to make me feel something. Winter ❄️☃️🌬️
In the Winter I listened to Ariana Grande, Alfred García and the podcast of Yoga Girl. The new album Thank u, next of Ariana just came out and I had it on repeat. Same goes for the album of Alfred which came out in December. I also listened a lot to the podcast of Yoga Girl – conversations from the heart. I listen to her podcast every week so that doesn’t change at all.
Spring 🌼🌷🌻
During the Spring time I listened again a lot to Ariana Grande, Alfred García and to the podcast of Yoga Girl – conversations from the heart. What changed was that I also listened a lot to the song Arcade of the Dutch Duncan Laurence which was the winner of Eurovision. Best song ever. Goosebumps all the time.
Summer 🌞🌊
In the Summer I only listened to Taylor Swift’s new album Lover. Best album ever 😍💖. I still listen to it. I also listened to the podcast of Yoga Girl of course. That never changes haha.
Autumn 🍁🍃
During Autum my music didn’t change that much. I still listened to Taylor Swift, and also to a new podcast of Yoga Girl which is Yoga Girl daily. The daily version are just 5 minutes each day which could be a meditation or an insight or thankful Thursday. I also listened to Miki Núñez who represented Eurovision for Spain last year 🎉🇪🇸.
Top artist of 2019
My top artist was Ariana Grande which was surprising to me because deep down in my heart my top artist is Taylor Swift haha sorry, no not sorry 😂💖. I also love Ariana so much and because her album came earlier I listened more to her album in the beginning of 2019. Maybe, next year this changed. I listened more than 10 hours to her music. My favourite song was bloodline. I love this song.

I’m not surprised that these are my top artists as they are my favs but I also thought Amaia and Sofia Ellar would make the list. I also listened so much to them. Maybe, next year. I love Ariana, Taylor, Alfred, Julia and Aitana. I love to listen to American artists and Spanish ones.

I listened to a lot of music from different countries of the world 🌍. I listened to music from 24 different countries. I listened to music from USA (Ariana Grande), of course Spain a lot (Aitana), United Kingdom (Ed Sheeran), Avicii (Sweden, his posthumous album was beautiful… I still miss him so much) and also BTS (South Korea).

I listened mostly to pop music, Spanish pop, Dutch pop, Colombian pop and R&B in Spanish. It’s just all pop except of the R&B.

My top podcast
The only podcast I listen to is the one of Yoga Girl – conversations from the heart. I listened 3007 minutes to her podcasts which is more than 50 hours. Her podcasts are the best. She’s the biggest inspiration in my life. Her podcast are so inspiring and full of beautiful lessons. They are about self love, mental health, trauma, healing, yoga, motherhood, relationships, life, death and everything in between. I wish to meet her one day and go to a yoga retreat in Aruba 🇦🇼 because it’s my biggest dream evah 😍💖🙏✨.
Time spent on Spotify from the last decade
Last year I listened to more music on Spotify than this year. If you see the minutes I listened to music on Spotify in 2015 until now it definitely decreased. I think in 2015 I still listened to break up music so had to use Spotify for that.
The best music of the decade
My music taste changed a lot during this decade because at the end of 2012 I experienced my first and only heartbreak 💔😢. I listened a lot to the song A drop of the ocean and other songs of Ron Pope. I also listened a lot to all the break up songs of The Script. I don’t like The Script so much anymore because they changed way too much. After those years I listened a lot to Passenger. Let her go is my favourite song of him. I loved his concert where I went to a few years ago. In 2017 the song Despacito was such a hit through the whole world. Last year I listened a lot to Sofia Ellar and I still do. I love her so much. This year was the year of Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande. My favourite song of the year is Arcade because that’s the winning Eurovision song and made so much impact on me 😍😭. I needed this song to heal my broken heart at the end of this decade. It touched my heart in so many ways.

The artist of the decade for me is Passenger which is normal when you saw above that I listened to his songs a lot during this decade. Now, I listen more to up beat and happy songs but also more slower ones. It’s nice to listen to all different kinds of music styles.

My decade wrapped
My top artists of this decade are Passenger, The Script, Ron Pope, Frank Hamilton and Joshua Radin. These are all artists I listened to after the break up of my first love. The next decade this will definitely change because I almost don’t listen to these artists anymore. My favourite number was definitely Let her go from Passenger. I also loved Rojitas las orejas from Fito y Fitopaldis. This is one song I listened to a lot when I liked a Mexican 🇲🇽 guy haha it was our song. I also loved the song Coastal Love from Honne. My top genre was of course Pop.
